## Foreign Assistance Program AnalystApplylocations: US - DC, Washingtontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 39839**Job Family:**Operational Effectiveness Consulting**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Secret**What You Will Do:**The Foreign Assistance Program Analyst will support a government client and the responsibilities will include:* Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of foreign assistance programs* Support the development of program plans, budgets, and performance frameworks in alignment with U.S. foreign policy goals.* Coordinate with regional and functional bureaus, overseas missions, and interagency partners to gather program requirements and track progress.* Prepare briefing materials, performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate program progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.* Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.* Provides knowledge management support by organizing site structures, managing content, and improving collaboration through workflow development and user guidance.* Assist in drafting policy guidance, strategic plans, and foreign assistance portfolio reviews.* Support coordination meetings, consultations, workshops, and interagency reviews.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred* Bachelor’s degree* TWO (2) years or more of experience in foreign assistance, international programs, federal government programs, or related work.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Master’s degree in a related field.* Experience with U.S. foreign assistance programs (e.g., Department of State, USAID, DOD security cooperation).The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00.
