TIG Welder - Industrial Millwright

We are seeking an experienced Welder - Industrial Millwright to weld, install, maintain and repair machinery and mechanical systems in industrial and manufacturing environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable welding and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints, fabricating replacement components and completing precision TIG welding work. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing accurate work, solving mechanical problems and maintaining a safe, organized jobsite.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform precision TIG / aluminum welding and metal fabrication
  • Measure, cut, fit and fabricate replacement parts and components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Use precision measuring, alignment and layout tools
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
  • Install, align, assemble and commission industrial machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform equipment repairs
  • Complete preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial systems
  • Document repairs, maintenance and completed projects
  • Follow OSHA, company and customer safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • TIG welding and metal fabrication experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment independently
  • Experience reading blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of equipment alignment, rigging and mechanical assembly
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to lift, climb, bend and work in industrial environments
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience

  • Experience welding
  • Welding certification or completion of a technical training program
  • Experience with pneumatic valves, pumps, motors, gearboxes or production machinery
  • Previous field-service or equipment-installation experience
  • Rigging, forklift, aerial-lift or OSHA certification
