Operations Coordinator

Ruth Meiers Adolescent Center (RMAC) is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Grand Forks, ND.

This position will primarily work Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM while rotating on call.


As the Operations Coordinator for the Ruth Meiers Adolescent Center (RMAC) Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), you will serve as the vital on the ground partner to the Facility Administrator, ensuring smooth daily operations and clear communication across the facility. In this role, you will lead overall staffing logistics to maintain safe, compliant coverage. You will also coordinate and track facility purchases, manage expense documentation, and actively participate in project planning to ensure facility improvements and administrative initiatives stay on time and on track.

This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional with a working knowledge of healthcare regulations and excellent interpersonal skills. You will act as a central hub for the team tracking resources, troubleshooting logistical hurdles, and communicating updates effectively so that leadership, staff, and operations remain perfectly aligned.

This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.


Location
This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position needs to be able to work in person at RMAC located in Grand Forks, North Dakota

Minimum Qualifications


You must be 21 years of age or older and requires one of the following:

• A bachelor's degree in a field related to the position's program responsibility area and four years of related work experience in a specific health/human service program area that involved lead work or supervisory work experience.
• A master's degree in a field related to the position's program responsibility area may substitute for two years of the work experience requirement. Additional work experience as specified may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
