Lead Development Specialist
$18 - $20 per hourCypress HCM
Location: Indianapolis – Onsite Pay: $18 - 20/hr (fulltime position) Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via outbound calls using prepared messaging to generate qualified appointments with senior lending professionals.
- Educate prospective business owners on financing options and the potential impact of capital on business growth.
- Spend approximately 90% of activity in outbound-focused, incoming calls and written correspondence.
- Manage multiple priorities independently following completion of training.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure appointments are accurately documented, tracked, and maintained in real time.
- Maintain CRM/database accuracy through consistent data entry, verification, and updates.
- Uphold service quality standards in all client interactions.
- Support broader team goals by contributing to shared outcomes as needed.
- Demonstrated success in an outbound call center or business development environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and conversion goals.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with solid analytical and problem-solving skills abilities.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional business experience.
- Proficiency in standard business software and CRM tools.
