Support the manager in day to day operations and be cross-trained in all areas of the store. Operate the cash register efficiently. Adapt to a fast paced environment where no two days are alike. Stock coffee, shelves, coolers and freezers; maintain impeccable store standards as a team. Qualifications Minimum Education: N/A Preferred Education: High School or GED Minimum Experience: N/A Preferred Experience: 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe or Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory Soft Skills Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members High energy Ability to move from one activity to another quickly Team oriented and willing to give extra effort to help others Computer skills are helpful Scheduling and Hours This position may be available as a part time or full-time role and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, depending on store needs. Weekend and holiday hours are required. Hours and Conditions: Part-time up to 29 hours; Full-time 30-40 hours. Travel Travel: 5%. May be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally. Physical Requirements Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Stand or walk up to 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and work in cooler conditions. The work environment is typically moderate in noise level.
