Facility Operations Director

YMCA of Greater Waukesha County

The YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep and enhancement of branch facilities and grounds. You will manage maintenance operations at multiple Y locations, ensuring top-quality environments through both leadership and hands-on involvement. The ideal candidate will possess relevant technical education, a strong knowledge of maintenance systems, and effective supervisory skills.
