Creative and driven, the full-time Senior Creative Producer will develop, produce, and launch original video and social franchises for AMP Sports, focusing on audience growth and content expansion, while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Proactively develop and produce premium original video franchises and programming designed to drive audience growth Own the creative process from concept through delivery, including all phases of production Collaborate with show producers to enhance existing programming and develop new content ideas Required qualifications 7+ years of experience producing original digital video for media or production companies Proven track record of creating compelling programming and video concepts across various digital platforms Expertise in producing, shooting, and editing content in both field and studio environments Strong understanding of social media and YouTube best practices, audience retention, and content packaging Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on production skills with various equipment Virtual Vocations Inc
