Fives North American Combustion, Inc. is hiring a permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, OH. We are a dynamic subsidiary of the renowned Fives Group, with over 100 years of contributions to industrial combustion. We design, manufacture, install, and service cutting-edge burners and industrial furnaces across various industries.

Your role will include responding to customer questions, explaining services, correcting errors, providing pricing information, taking orders, developing leads, and selling products and services. You will also perform Restricted Party Screening, process domestic and export quotes and orders, and assist with various inquiries.

Minimum qualifications include 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, experience in manufacturing customer service preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, prior order entry and quote experience, export order and quote experience, and basic export compliance knowledge. SAP experience is a plus.
