The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing team.

This full-time Weekend Warrior position gives you the flexibility to choose between 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday or 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday .

In addition to a consistent weekend schedule, this position includes Additional Weekend Warrior Pay and an $8,000 Sign-On Bonus .

Weekend Warrior Schedule Options

Full-Time Weekend Warrior position
Choose one of the following consistent weekend schedules:
- 16-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday
- 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Additional Weekend Warrior Pay
$8,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support to the weekend nursing team
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care according to their individualized plans of care
Supervise, support, and provide guidance to nursing staff and CNAs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license
Current CPR certification
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and provide direction and support to the nursing team
