We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented B2B Sales Associate to aid in our expansion throughout the Cleveland, Ohio market. This role calls for a strategic, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-passed environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. Our B2B Sales Associates, play a vital part for our team by meeting sales targets, managing current accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to build long-term partnerships.

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through lead generation and proactive outreach.

  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure outstanding service, high satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide ongoing sales support to customers.

  • Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while staying competitive in the market.

Skills

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience.

  • A driven, energetic personality with a strong passion for meeting sales goals and supporting business growth.

  • Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value and solutions.
