SITE SUPERVISOR

Judiciary Square 633 3rd Street, NW, Room 32 Washington, DC 20001, USA Introduction The incumbent is responsible for the supervision/management of employees, training employees, and planning daily schedules to ensure all contract requirements/specifications are met to the highest standards. This position is located at Judiciary Square. Hours Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00. Key Responsibilities Supervise Melwood staff assigned to Judiciary Square. This includes but is not limited to, scheduling and assigning work, completing timesheets, and providing disciplinary actions. Open, review, process, screen, sort, log, box, and distribute incoming mail and publications. Scan and direct incoming correspondence with minimal errors. Receive, process, download, and log incoming voice messages with minimal errors. Perform data entry accurately by entering consumer information requests and updating consumer complaints in the database with minimal errors. Develop, maintain, and deliver to FTC COR/COTR the weekly Mail Report which communicates all incoming and outgoing mail aspects. Supervision Exercised The Site Supervisor manages all employees assigned to customer location. Supervision Received The Site Supervisor reports to the Project Manager assigned to the customer location. Physical Qualifications The incumbent must stand 80% of the work time and sit 20% of the time. Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds. These requirements are necessary to complete custodial work, inspect work areas, and use and operate custodial equipment. They must be able to climb, stoop, kneel and reach to climb stairs and clean high and low areas. Must be able to speak and hear to communicate clearly with workers at the contract site. Good vision and depth perception are required to inspect work areas. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience. Including excellent communication skills and managing personnel. Prior experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours. Some weekends and holidays may be required to ensure contract requirements are met. Must pass all pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and government security clearance requirements for employment.
