New All Creatures Veterinary Hospital opened in June 2025 and we are growing quickly. We are seeking a CSR with experience (preferred but not required) in general practice care. We are a newly constructed and privately owned clinic in Vallejo.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet clients and pets and provide them with a warm welcome.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule appointments.
• Check clients and pets in and out. Handle payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of client conversations as required by law.
• Comfortable using multiple digital platforms (i.e.: Windows, Gmail, and Google Drive). Our software is Neo, a cloud platform, and we will train you if you have not used this program before. 
• Provide basic information and advice to clients regarding veterinary services and products.
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks as needed.
• Dental experience preferred.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
• Ability to monitor and record dogs and cats proficiently under Anesthesia.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and night shifts.

About New All Creatures Veterinary Hospital:

We are a newly constructed and privately owned small animal clinic (general practice care). We have a 2800 square foot facility with 4 exam rooms, a large treatment area, a dental suite and a surgery suite. We have two fulltime DVMs and on call specialists that include: internal medicine, cardiology, and surgery.
