Cocoa Operator / Dry Packaging Technician

Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Hourly Rate: $30.82 an hour + $.50 shift differential Job Description Join our Conagra Brands - Menomonie Team making our famous Swiss Miss cocoa products! You will be part of our Cocoa Manufacturing group reporting to our Cocoa Manager. No experience necessary, full training will be provided. #LI-Onsite JOB Responsibilities (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others. You will operate and perform all processes associated with assigned equipment and systems within Cocoa Department ensuring product is packaged in a manner which meets established standards You will complete required quality checks, data verification, sanitation, lubrication, changeovers, and communicating material needs ensuring proper supply Support AMD activities including performing preventive and ongoing maintenance, lubrication, calibration, and other tasks per work order requests on all equipment. Report abnormalities of equipment as they arise. Operate and perform all processes associated with assigned equipment in a safe manner by performing required job rotation. Communicate with and participate in training from other Operators, Crew Coordinators, Maintenance and Supervisors. Regular, Reliable attendance is necessary Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality Other responsibilities as assigned SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude/experience Have worked in a team environment using time management, interpersonal and prioritization skills Competent with computer use Follows all department/plant safety guidelines.
