Housing Access & Rehousing Specialist, Essex
Collaborative Support Programs of NJ
Collaborative Support Programs of NJ seeks a full-time Rapid Rehousing Specialist in Essex County to help people experiencing homelessness obtain and maintain housing. Under supervision, you will coordinate housing resources and assist with HUD-VASH and income supports, while building relationships with landlords and partners. You will work in a grant-funded program with 6 weeks PTO and 11 holidays. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and strong organizational, trauma-informed, and computer #J-18808-Ljbffr Collaborative Support Programs of NJ
