Occupational Therapist – Fairfield, CA

Location: Fairfield, CA
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000/year
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to AOTA standards.
• Develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational and hand therapy as medically necessary.
• Supervise OT assistants and aides as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on home programs and treatment plans.
• Communicate with physicians, facilities, and care teams.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuing education.
• Custom fabricate splints/casts when needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current California OT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB clearance/test.
• Hand therapy/physical agent modality experience or training preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical problem-solving skills.
