Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of ER experience required License: Michigan license verification required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties required Description: This position requires a strict attendance policy. Registered Nurses who are absent from a scheduled shift or who are more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated immediately. Absences due to communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. The emergency department provides immediate care for various situations, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions. Specialty support is available in areas such as heart vascular services, neurosciences, radiology, anesthesiology, and surgery. Physical copies of certifications are required only if listed above. Full-time employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
