Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Floor Nurse

Position Summary:
A skilled nursing facility in Pottsville, PA—now under new management with Isle Health Group—is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a facility undergoing positive transformation, with a renewed focus on quality care, staff support, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications, treatments, and document all care accurately
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
