We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and motivated Customer Service Associates/Cashiers to join our night shift and overnight team. In this fast-paced retail environment, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and dependability are essential. The ideal candidate enjoys assisting customers, works well independently and within a team, and can effectively multitask while keeping the store clean, organized, and safe.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer
• Process cash, credit card, and other register transactions accurately
• Verify identification and follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Assist customers with product selection and general questions
• Perform routine cleaning and store maintenance tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Support team members and contribute to overall store success
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
