Registered Nurse RN Supervisor
Shift Available: Alternate Weekends, Night Shift
At Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals.
As a Registered Nurse RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care and services are delivered to our residents on our weekend night shift. You will supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient outcomes.
Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure quality patient care
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor medication administration, treatment plans, and other patient care activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Document patient care activities, medications, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience as a registered nurse supervisor or in a similar leadership role preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
