Join our ENT practice at PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) general otolaryngologist to join a collaborative and well-established team. This position offers the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of ENT-from bread-and-butter cases to advanced clinical and surgical care-in a supportive and dynamic environment. The team currently includes 6 ENT physicians and 5 audiologists , providing comprehensive ear, nose, and throat services to a diverse patient population. PeaceHealth Benefits & Culture: First year salary guarantee of $520,000.00 (based on a 1.0FTE) followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures.
