• License/Certifications: Kansas RN or Compact RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHF
• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent Critical Care/ICU; experience with CRRT, Bipaps, drawing labs, Chest Tubes, PICC lines, no vascular access team, independent codes and consults
• Floating Requirements: Yes, to ICU, Med/Surg, Tele, ED
• Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
• On-Call Requirements: None
• Holiday Work: Based on unit needs, including July 4th

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and other inpatient units
• Manage complex equipment including CRRT, Bipaps, chest tubes, and PICC lines
• Perform and document lab draws independently and conduct codes as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Float between ICU, Med/Surg, Tele, and ED units based on operational needs
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety and care

What You Need

• Required: Kansas RN license or active Compact license, BLS, ACLS, NIHF certification, minimum of 2 years ICU experience, proficient with critical care procedures
• Preferred: Experience with CRRT, Chest Tubes, PICC, and vent management, independent coding experience
• Ability to work night shifts and float across units comfortably
