We are currently hiring Certified Flaggers to join our growing team! We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who are ready to work and have the required certifications and equipment.
Requirements:
- Current Oregon Flagger Certification (or a certification recognized by Oregon)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must have your own required flagging gear , including:
- STOP/SLOW paddle
- Hard hat
- High-visibility safety vest
- Steel-toe work boots
- Any other required PPE
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety procedures
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
Job Duties:
- Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through construction and work zones
- Follow all traffic control plans and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with crew members and the public
- Maintain a safe work environment for workers and motorists
- Report safety concerns and hazards as needed
