Lititz, PA | $16.00/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 8:35 PM until approximately 6:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Pack finished products according to quality and customer specifications
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare products for shipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety and production procedures
• Support the production team with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable with a strong attendance record
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible to work until production is complete when needed
