Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

Operating Room Registered Nurse

12 hour varied shifts, 7a-7:30p (holidays/weekends)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

State Registered Nurse License required.

American Heart Association BLS certification required.

American Heart Association ACLS certification required.

Minimum of two years experience in operating room required.

Cerner experience preferred.

CNOR experience preferred.

Strong comfortability with Orthopedics, general, and ENT.

Assess and monitor the physical status of the patient.

Collect and record necessary data to plan and deliver patient care.

Communicate effectively with patients about their care and needs.

Identify necessary interventions based on surgical procedures and patient conditions.

Maintain a sterile field and anticipate the need for equipment and supplies.

Evaluate nursing interventions and reassess patient status to implement revised care plans.
