The facility consists of 4 units with a total of 96 beds. Patient care includes adolescents aged 13-17 and adults 18 and older. The average patient length of stay is 7-10 days, focusing on acute stabilization. Patient ratios are approximately 1:12 for adolescent and adult mental wellness units and 1:10 for adult dual diagnosis/substance use disorder units. Staff may be required to float across all units if necessary. Preferred skillsets include experience in medical or dual diagnosis care and the ability to conduct CIWA and COWS assessments. Additional responsibilities include call/text communication when shifts need to be filled. The dress code requires scrubs, specifically in navy color. A good personality fit for the role is essential in providing supportive care in a challenging environment.
