Job Opportunity

Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist with specialized training in Glaucoma to join our growing Ophthalmology department. We are looking for a collaborative team member to become part of our well-respected and long-standing practice.

Position Overview:
  • The practice includes fellowship-trained specialists in retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
  • All necessary technology is available, and we are open to acquiring any additional equipment as needed.
  • Service locations will include New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
  • We offer coordinated resources and shared expertise.
  • Comprehensive administrative and care management support is provided.
Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to obtain licensure in Connecticut prior to starting practice.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility and a DEA license are mandatory.

Compensation Details:

The compensation range for this position is between $400,000 and $450,000 , with potential for additional earnings. A generous sign-on bonus is also available. The stated compensation range is based on industry standards, and final salary determinations will consider various factors, including experience, individual performance, quality metrics, and job location.
