ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2013 after being recruited by State Farm, driven by a long-standing goal of owning my
own business. Today, our office includes two team members plus myself, and we've built a relaxed, flexible environment that still takes care of business and delivers strong results. Outside of the office, I stay active by coaching basketball, baseball, and soccer, which reflects the team-first mindset and commitment to development that guide how we work together.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
