• Shifts per Week: 3
• Shift: 12-hour nights (Night Shift, high-acuity ED)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license: Pennsylvania RN or valid multi-state/compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER / Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS and TNCC preferred (trauma/critical care / ED certifications a plus)
• Strong critical thinking, triage, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department
• Experience with EMR documentation and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room / Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on patient acuity
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as ordered
• Support resuscitation, trauma response, and critical care stabilization
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up
