Assembly Line Packaging Associate

A day in the role

On second shift, you’ll rotate through key stations on a busy line—carefully packaging finished goods, applying labels, and checking quality as items move past your station. You’ll handle materials, stage light boxes for shipping, and jump in on warehouse tasks when the team needs an extra set of hands. Throughout the shift, you’ll track counts, use basic math to confirm quantities, and work toward clear daily output goals. You’ll follow company policies and good manufacturing practices while keeping your area clean and safe.

What you’ll do

• Package a variety of products on a production line
• Perform basic material handling and staging
• Assemble and work on the line to meet targets
• Inspect parts/products to confirm quality standards
• Label items and finished cartons for shipment
• Lift and move light packages/boxes prior to shipping
• Hit daily production goals with your team
• Follow company policies, procedures, and GMPs
• Pitch in on warehouse/production projects as needed
• Maintain a tidy, safe work environment

Schedule, pay, and growth

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Employment: Full-time with weekly pay
• Pay: $15.00 – $17.50 per hour
• Experience: No experience required—we’ll train
• Growth: Long-term, consistent work with advancement opportunities
• Skills: Basic math skills required
• Environment: Excellent, safety-focused workplace
