Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Overview Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club. You will help maintain and stock the freezer, cooler, and deli areas, support customer service, and contribute to safe, high-quality product availability for members. Responsibilities Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducts safety sweeps; follows proper forklift spotting procedures; handles and disposes of hazardous materials per policy; and reports unsafe situations to Management. Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, delivering Deli products to Members, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services. Operates in accordance with Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures; cleaning areas and equipment; monitoring equipment (fans, drains, doors) for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management. Supports overall store operations through adherence to policies, teamwork, and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred qualifications Experience with stocking and customer service Strong focus on member satisfaction Ability to problem-solve, adapt to change, and think creatively to drive improvements Compensation and Benefits The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00 per hour. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
