Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour (pay rate based on experience)


Responsibilities

• Performs general Groundskeeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
• Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas.
• Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum two (2) years of experience in groundskeeping, exterior cleaning, and/or maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of Groundskeeping and maintenance operations.
• Great customer service skills are a must.
• Be able to perform duties in all weather conditions.
