Your Role:

Provide therapy for older adults across settings, assisted living, and private residences.

Use evidence-based methods (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.) tailored for the aging population.

Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in our EMR.

Collaborate with family members, healthcare teams, and facility staff.

Address needs such as chronic pain, adjustment to aging, grief, anxiety, and social isolation.

Requirements:

Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Valid New York license: LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.

Experience with older adults strongly preferred.

Skilled in communication, EMR documentation, and case management.

Deep empathy, cultural competence, and dedication to serving seniors.
