Key Responsibilities- Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and growth consultations with agents.
- Help agents increase productivity, profitability, and business performance.
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and mastermind groups.
- Create accountability systems that help agents achieve their goals.
- Build strong relationships and foster agent engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and support business growth initiatives.
- Promote and strengthen the company culture and values.
- Support leadership in executing strategic growth objectives.
- Coaching agents to increase productivity and profitability.
- Recruiting, attracting, and onboarding top talent.
- Conducting one-on-one growth consultations with agents.
- Building strong relationships and driving agent engagement and retention.
- Leading trainings, workshops, and mastermind sessions.
- Creating accountability and helping agents execute their goals.
- Supporting agents in achieving business growth and professional development.
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth.
- Assisting with strategic initiatives that support market center expansion and success.
