Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Oregon physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Demonstrated competency with common SNF equipment and procedures, such as gait training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, and use of assistive devices preferred.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
