Maintenance TechThe Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time Maintain a clean and well--maintained environmentPerform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairsRespond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues.Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs with tenants.Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting,carpentry work, drywall, and moreAppliance repairExperience and knowledge working on HVAC systems - install and repair • Make ready apartments - paint, caulking, dry wall, and moreMaintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performedEnsure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and groundsCSC is committed to equal employment opportunity.
