Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate activities, events, and programs that cater to the social, emotional, and physical needs of our residents

• Develop and implement activity plans that promote independence, socialization, and overall well-being

• Lead, facilitate, and participate in activities such as arts and crafts, games, exercises, and entertainment programs

• Encourage and support resident participation, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all

• Maintain accurate records of activity attendance, resident preferences, and concerns

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of resident care and services

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work every other weekend, as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic understanding of activities planning and implementation
