Labor & Delivery RN | Templeton, CA

Bring compassionate care and clinical excellence to one of life’s most meaningful moments. We’re seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated women’s care team in Templeton, CA.

What You’ll Do:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for labor and delivery patients
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and postpartum care
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes
Educate and support patients and families during the childbirth experience
Maintain high standards of nursing practice, safety, and patient-centered care

What You’ll Bring:

Active California RN license
Minimum one year of recent acute care RN experience required
BLS certification required
ACLS and NRP certifications required within 6 months of hire
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
