Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapist Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current California License Certifications: BLS, Drivers License, Auto Insurance, Auto Registration, TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, Physical Must-Have: - Willingness to work in home health settings. - Ability to complete OASIS assessments. - Openness to travel outside the assigned area or work weekends as needed. - Capability to see patients with COVID-19 or patients under investigation for COVID-19. Description: New graduates are welcome to apply. We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist. Home health experience is preferred, but not required. Assigned territory includes multiple areas within the region. There are two options for employment: guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours. For guaranteed hours, productivity expectations must be met weekly. Refusal of patients may affect guaranteed hours. Non-guarantee options allow for patient refusal but do not include guaranteed hours. Payment is based on per-visit metrics. Visit types include OASIS assessments and routine evaluations, each with specific point values that convert to hours. All credentials must be current and compliant with required health standards. Time off requests must be disclosed at the time of application. No late requests for time off will be accepted after the acceptance date.
