Responsibilities The Vascular Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders. Qualifications Exceptional communication and patient care skills and aptitude toward the team philosophy Ability to work independently without direct supervision Basic computer skills Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary Serves as preceptor for imaging procedures Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique Meets all computer and documentation competencies Education: High School Diploma or GED required License required: Current ARDMS Certification in Ultrasound. If hired without a license, ARDMS or ARRT (or CCI) certification is required within 24 months of obtaining the position. Location Indianapolis, Northside. #J-18808-Ljbffr
