Job Details: Fast paced Medical Hematology/Oncology Clinic. The Clinic nurse is responsible for triaging patient phone calls, answering My Chart messages, entering physician orders including labs, diagnostics, following up on treatment plans, genetic testing, arranging and coordinating diagnostics for patients. Patient education with Chemo talks. Work closely with the Infusion and Radiation teams to coordinate patient care. The nurses work directly with Physicians to coordinate patient care. They support the APP's. Track INR patients with labs and meds. Follow Iron infusion patients. Oncology experience needed.

RNs: ICU/IMCU/Med Surg/ED/Birthing will need one reference from their most recent assignment or perm position. Locals accepted at lower BR. Please highlight if your traveler is local Epic experience preferred Bill rates are firm Background hits will be accepted on a case by case basis Return Staff Policy must be gone 1 yr to return as traveler Latex Allergy Note: Froedtert cannot accommodate Latex allergies Travel Pairs accepted Modules: Modules are non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation, average 3-4 hours Modules are recorded via facility report
