Bilingual Recruiter

Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year + Commission
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. This position is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting candidate outreach, and maintaining regular communication with our workforce to ensure strong attendance and staffing coverage.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of positions
• Conduct phone screens and interviews with prospective candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available candidates
• Follow up with candidates regarding job opportunities, start dates, schedules, and availability
• Regularly check in with placed employees to ensure they are prepared for upcoming shifts
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information
• Assist with onboarding and staffing needs
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish
• Work closely with the recruiting and operations teams to fill open positions quickly
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or high-volume communication experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and conducting candidate outreach
• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working with computers and recruiting databases

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000–$50,000 annual salary , based on experience
