Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary (DOE) + performance-based bonus Stable & Growing Industry: Infrastructure, utilities, renewables, and industrial markets Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) Program Direct Impact Role: Work alongside engineering and leadership on complex, custom projects Ownership & Accountability Culture: Your work directly influences project awards Full-Time, On-Site Role in Beaver, WV (No travel required) Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Assemble and manage detailed proposals for custom medium voltage switchgear and electrical enclosures Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure scope clarity and schedule alignment Interpret technical specifications, electrical drawings, and bid documents Manage complex quotation packages from inquiry through final submission Support technical discussions and clarifications during portions of the sales cycle Collaborate with representative agents and customers as a responsive technical resource Ensure commercial accuracy, pricing precision, and competitive positioning Maintain strong, professional, and timely communication throughout the bid process You should have most of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medium voltage equipment, switchgear, substations, or power distribution systems Experience in proposal development, technical quotations, or bid management Strong background in interpreting electrical drawings and technical specifications Solid understanding of power distribution systems and medium voltage applications Proven ability to manage multiple quotation packages with urgency and precision Strong communication skills and commercial awareness within a manufacturing environment Interested in hearing more?
