Senior Maintenance Technician

Sr. Maintenance TechnicianThis position supports production by maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure maximum efficiency. The Sr. Maintenance Technician will play a key hands-on role in equipment reliability, working closely with Production and Engineering teams to maintain optimal performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and production machineryTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment to reduce downtimeDismantle and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranesMonitor equipment performance and proactively address issues using appropriate diagnostic toolsWork closely with Production and Engineering teams to assess equipment status and implement improvementsMaintain accurate documentation of repairs, adjustments, and maintenance activitiesAssist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedulesMaintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies, including ordering and tracking as neededEnsure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environmentTrain and support other technicians as neededPrepare and maintain maintenance reports, analyzing trends and performance dataQualifications / Requirements:Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Production Maintenance TechnicianThis position requires successful completion of a background screening after a conditional offer of employment, in accordance with Washington State law.Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systemsExperience working with pneumatic actuators and cylindersAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering specificationsFamiliarity with automation systems, robotics, sensors, fiber optics, and motorsExperience using multimeters and standard hand tools for diagnostics and repairPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to work under pressureStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience writing maintenance procedures and reportsPreferred Qualifications:Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceExperience working in a GMP environmentPLC knowledge and troubleshooting experienceExperience performing equipment Installation Qualification (IQ) protocolsBenefits Available to Eligible Express Associates:Medical PlanDental PlanHoliday Pay (6 Days Observed)401 (k) Retirement Savings PlanVision/Eyewear PlanLife InsurancePrescription Drug ReimbursementShort-Term DisabilityReferral Bonuses
