Job SummaryGeneral Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.This position is responsible for the administration of operational aspects for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Participates in problem solving with project managers, engineers, and technicians.Develops presentation materials and meeting minutes, maintains action items and deliverables.Perform editorial and analysis duties in support of the program team.Assist the program team with scheduling, travel and expense reporting, and other administrative tasks. Perform coordination tasks for milestone reviews and other significant meetings with customers, end users and sub-contractors.Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. Must demonstrate a general understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts and techniques.Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
