Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across ICU, ED, Med-Surge, and L&D Deliveries settings
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions in a 73-bed facility
• Operate within a 1:15 patient ratio during night shift hours
• Document patient care accurately using MEDHOST EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Experience in ICU, ED, Med-Surge, and/or L&D Deliveries settings
• Proficiency or ability to work with MEDHOST EMR
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience in a respiratory therapy role
• Familiarity with high-acuity respiratory care across multiple departments
