Service Advisor Position Pierre Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Hermiston, a reputable automotive dealership, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive and friendly atmosphere. Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and their associated costs. Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs. Prepare and present accurate estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues to maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders. Stay updated on product knowledge, technical advancements, and industry trends. Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related role in the automotive industry is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
