We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in our specialized Indian unit. Available Schedules: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Position Summary: As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while helping create a comfortable, culturally enriching, and resident-centered environment. Candidates who speak Gujarati are highly preferred to enhance communication and engagement with our residents and their families. Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Support a culturally sensitive and welcoming environment
- Active New Jersey CNA certification
- Gujarati-speaking preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
