Job Details The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience, acting as a trusted sleep authority and providing best-in‑class products. They will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Responsibilities Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements and competitor services. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
