Agape is looking for a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide coverage in our outpatient clinics. As an integral member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and working activities.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence, creating and modifying treatment programs to meet specific patient needs and goals, recommending and training patients in the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, documenting patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic medical records, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care, providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations, assessing workplace ergonomics and recommending modifications when needed, and participating in team meetings and care planning sessions.

Qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited occupational therapy or physical therapy program, current state license to practice as an occupational or physical therapist in the United States, current CPR certification, and new or recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply!

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
