Pediatric LPN - Weekend Case (Teaneck, NJ) Saturday & Sunday | 8am-8pm | $40/hr Setting: Pediatric Private Duty • Company: Affirmed Home Care Provide meaningful, 1:1 care every weekend for a 14-year-old female with cerebral palsy in Teaneck, NJ. She is non-ambulatory, non-verbal , receives oral feeds , and requires respiratory therapies including nebulizer treatments, cough assist, and chest vest therapy . This is a rewarding, stable case ideal for an LPN who values compassion, consistency, and family-centered care.

- Home safety - Maintain infection control and proper equipment use
- Priority Weekend Case: Saturday & Sunday, 8am-8pm (Teaneck, NJ)
- Additional day, evening, and overnight shifts available across nearby pediatric cases
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
- Supportive pediatric clinical leadership
- Flexible scheduling across multiple cases
